Repair Authorization
I confirm that I own this vehicle or am authorized by its owner to approve repairs. I authorize AUTO DENT SOLUTION LLC to perform Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) on the panels and dents identified above, as discussed and agreed with me.
Additional work or charges require my separate approval before work begins. Drilling new access holes, cutting, sanding, applying body filler, or painting require separate authorization.
Repair Limitations & Risks
The result depends on the severity and location of the dents, panel material, access, previous repairs, and paint condition. A return to 100% factory-original appearance is not guaranteed. Some imperfections may remain.
Paint may crack, chip, peel, or lift during PDR, even when reasonable care is used. This risk is greater where paint is already damaged or poorly bonded, or where panels have been repainted or repaired with body filler. Some previous repairs or paint defects may not be visible before work begins.
Glue pulling, when agreed upon as part of the repair method, may lift paint or underlying repair materials.
If newly discovered conditions materially change the repair or its risks, work on the affected area will pause so we can discuss the situation and obtain your approval before proceeding.
Acknowledging these risks does not excuse negligent or unauthorized work or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
